Administrator Role

At Tulia we are seeking a volunteer administrator who can assist with the day-to-day administrative tasks for our company.

Job Description

With this role you will be working as part of the team, based in Coventry. 

No two days are the same and we treat every individual with respect, as an individual and we aim to uplift them. Therefore, being flexible, proactive, sensitive, and having good communication is key. 

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Taking telephone calls and dealing with basic client queries (liaising with clients, courts, Home Office, third parties and colleagues)

  • Assisting with administration (emails, filing, scanning, faxing, logging and dispatching post)

  • Preparing correspondence and documents

  • Opening and closing files on our case management system

  • Booking appointments 

  • Providing administrative support to colleagues

The relevant candidate must be able to manage time well and prioritise work. We are seeking an individual with excellent written and verbal communication with excellent organisation skills. You must be a quick learner due to the fast-paced environment that you will be working in. You should have a passion for supporting others, be punctual and 

You will receive valuable training and gain experience and skills. You will be making a difference to their lives.

Qualifications: No specific qualifications are required, but a high standard of written and spoken English is essential.

Experience: Administrative: 1 Year (Preferred)

Experience of working in a fast paced, professional environment (Preferred)

Hours: Monday to Friday, part time and full-time roles available
