Founder and CEO
Rumbidzai Bvunzawabaya was born in Zimbabwe and lived there for the majority of her youth. She is an alumna of The University of Zimbabwe where she studied Law. She was admitted in Zimbabwe as a Legal Practitioner and Notary Public in 1998. In 2003 she was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales. She has over 24 years of experience in law.
Her heart is in seeing people’s lives changed and hearts mended. In 2007 Rumbi opened an international family and immigration law firm-RBM Solicitors LTD. RBM solicitors grew exponentially and was sold to Tann Law in 2018. Rumbidzai is the CEO of Tulia Group Community Interest Company. Tulia offers expert legal advice and support to migrants from all walks of life and is excited to be expanding our services, training and capacity-building programmes; especially so that organisations can continue to respond positively to the needs of the people who have migrated. She is a Solicitor and specialises in Immigration and Family Law.
On top of her legal work, she is a philanthropist. She is a trustee for Tugwi Trust a charity supporting ten schools in the Chivi District in Masvingo. Furthermore, she sponsors several children under Tugwi Trust one of which is going to study Law at University of Zimbabwe.
Rumbidzai is a Christian who believes in living out her faith in her day-to-day life. She runs a Christian Ministry which is interdenominational called Freedom Ministry International. Freedom is a kingdom-focused ministry designed to help you become truly free in Christ. It aims to help people identify the things that hinder one's growth and stop them from being free.
Rumbi is also an author of two books, ‘Girl in the Mirror’ and ‘Planted.’ ‘Girl in the Mirror’ is an autobiographical book that explains her past trauma and hurt and how Jesus has helped and transformed her. ‘Planted’ is a book that aims to identify and uproot negative patterns and be replanted in the love of Christ.
