Fees Structure
About Our Fees
At Tulia, we understand that legal services are an important investment, and we strive to provide clear, fair, and competitive pricing. With a proven track record of a 95% success rate, our experienced team of solicitors, caseworkers, and paralegals are dedicated to providing you with the best possible outcomes for your legal matters. Below, you will find the minimum pricing for our main services and application types.
-If you prefer a more tailored approach and don't require our full range of services, we can discuss a tailored fee.
-If your matter involves complexities that necessitate additional work to ensure a positive outcome, this may result in a higher fee. Complications may include:
Criminal convictions of the applicants or sponsors.
Previous negative immigration history, such as overstaying or non-compliance with immigration rules
Prior behavior that calls into question the good character of the applicants or sponsors
Any information not disclosed to us or the relevant immigration authority
Inability or refusal to provide standard documentary evidence
Exceptional circumstances requiring extensive examination and representation, particularly in protracted matters
Our Fees Do Not Cover
There may be additional costs necessary for our clients to cover third-party services. We typically do not manage these payments, known as disbursements, preferring that our clients handle them directly. These disbursements include
The Home Office fees - These fees change regularly and you can find the most up-to-date version at https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/visa-regulations-revised-table The average fee for Home Office applications is £1700.
Immigration Health Surcharge – this is variable based on a number of factors and the most up-to-date version can be found at https://www.gov.uk/healthcare-immigration-application/how-much-pay
Interpreting and translation fees – we do not offer these services and clients should assess the affordability of these services.
DHL / Postage / Courier / Exceptionally heavy postage – couriers’ fees differ depending in the weight of that being sent and the location of the recipient. Clients will be advised on the cost for each postage at time of postage.
Expert and Medical Expert Reports – we do not offer these services and you should assess the affordability of these services.
Court Fees – Currently, the court fee is £140 and we may well request this as a disbursement that is hold on account.
Non-standard counsel fees – if you plan to use counsel of your own choosing then you are liable for their fee. The fee for counsel varies depending upon the qualifications and experience of each individual barrister.
Payment Plans
We understand that our fees may occasionally be unaffordable for some clients. In exceptional cases, we may offer the option to spread payments over a certain period. However, we reserve the right to withhold submission or completion of any application until the full payment is received.
What Our Work Includes
Each application is unique, depending on its type and specific facts. However, standard steps we follow when preparing an application on your behalf include; initial consultation, opening a file, conducting legal checks, gathering necessary information, reviewing documents, preparing representations, checking and submitting the application.
