Listening

Do you need someone to talk to?

If you are finding life difficult or feel you need someone to talk to Tulia offers a non-judgemental supportive environment where you can speak to someone who understands and is willing to listen. To get in touch please click button below.

We can offer coaching, housing advice, assistance for victims of domestic violence, relationship support, food parcels, empowerment and a new perspective.

Here are some testimonials from clients who have worked with us before.

“I was put in a sister and ladies support group to connect and have people to talk to. It makes you realise that you’re not on your own. Being in community with those women gives you somewhere to rant to, to unpack your emotions or confront them before automatically engaging in an argument with your ex. That self-introspection was so beneficial to me to address where I was and where am I.”

— Bonnie

“I recommend people to seek help immediately, not to suffer in silence. There are people out there that are willing to help, organisations that are willing to help.”

— Thulani

Alongside our core work we have found that we have a large number of referrals from people seeking assistance when they have been in an abusive relationship. Sometimes it is only when our volunteers speak to people that they realise that they are victims of domestic violence. We educate and raise awareness on what domestic violence is and are equipped with trained counselling professionals to help you. Do not hesitate to get in contact. You are not alone.
