Hours: 16 hours
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue invoices to customers accurately and timely.
Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues.
Maintain and update customer records with current invoice information.
Reconcile accounts receivable and ensure prompt payments.
Handle billing inquiries and communicate effectively with customers.
Assist in month-end closing processes and financial reporting.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Invoice Clerk, Billing Clerk, or in a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with billing software.
Good communication skills for effective customer interaction.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
