Job Title: Invoice Clerk/Billing Clerk (Part-Time)

Are you detail-oriented and skilled in managing invoices and billing processes? We’re seeking a meticulous and organized Invoice Clerk to join our team on a part-time basis! 

Position: Invoice Clerk/Billing Clerk (Part-Time)   

Location: 2ND FLOOR, 121-123 NEW UNION STREET, 
COVENTRY CV1 2NT   

Hours: 16 hours 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare and issue invoices to customers accurately and timely. 

  • Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues. 

  • Maintain and update customer records with current invoice information. 

  • Reconcile accounts receivable and ensure prompt payments. 

  • Handle billing inquiries and communicate effectively with customers. 

  • Assist in month-end closing processes and financial reporting. 

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience as an Invoice Clerk, Billing Clerk, or in a similar role. 

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with billing software. 

  • Good communication skills for effective customer interaction. 

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
