Job Title: Receptionist (Front of House) 

Are you a friendly and organized individual with a knack for managing mobile phones, social media interactions, and office enquiries? We're looking for a dynamic Receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face of our office! 

Position: Receptionist (Front of House)   

Location: 2ND FLOOR, 121-123 NEW UNION STREET, 
COVENTRY CV1 2NT 

Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and ensure a smooth front office operation. 

  • Mobile Phone Handling: Answer and manage mobile phone enquiries efficiently. 

  • Social Media Engagement: Monitor and respond to social media posts, comments, and direct messages. 

  • WhatsApp Enquiries: Manage and respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp. 

  • Appointment Scheduling: Confirm and manage appointments using our scheduling software. 

  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support as needed.  

Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including English and Mathematics. 

  • Proficiency in computer usage and basic software applications. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. 

  • Friendly and professional demeanor. 

  • Ability to multitask and handle enquiries promptly and efficiently.
