Are you a friendly and organized individual with a knack for managing mobile phones, social media interactions, and office enquiries? We're looking for a dynamic Receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face of our office!
Position: Receptionist (Front of House)
Location: 2ND FLOOR, 121-123 NEW UNION STREET,
COVENTRY CV1 2NT
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and ensure a smooth front office operation.
Mobile Phone Handling: Answer and manage mobile phone enquiries efficiently.
Social Media Engagement: Monitor and respond to social media posts, comments, and direct messages.
WhatsApp Enquiries: Manage and respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp.
Appointment Scheduling: Confirm and manage appointments using our scheduling software.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including English and Mathematics.
Proficiency in computer usage and basic software applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to multitask and handle enquiries promptly and efficiently.
