Free Legal Advice Drop-In: Supporting Healthcare Workers in Coventry & Warwickshire
We’ve had the honour of hosting regular Free Legal Advice Drop-In sessions, sponsored by The National Lottery Community Fund, for healthcare workers in Coventry and Warwickshire. These sessions offer essential support on legal matters like employment rights, workplace issues, and visa concerns, helping healthcare workers navigate challenges they may face in their roles.
Healthcare workers are at the heart of our communities, and we know that when they face legal struggles, it can be overwhelming. Our mission is to ensure they have the legal guidance they need, so they can continue providing the incredible care our communities rely on.
These sessions have made a huge impact, empowering healthcare workers with the knowledge and support they need to address employment disputes, understand their rights, and resolve visa concerns. It’s all about providing a sense of security and helping them move forward with confidence.
We’re also grateful for our amazing volunteers and partners from Coventry City Council and Warwickshire Council, who bring additional expertise to each session, creating a supportive network for all who attend.
We do this because we believe that every healthcare worker deserves to feel supported, both at work and in their personal lives. This initiative is our way of saying, “We’ve got your back.” By offering legal advice, we help take the stress out of their challenges, so they can focus on what they do best caring for others.
