Experts have warned that unscrupulous lenders could try to cash in on the festive period as households struggle to cope with rising food, fuel and energy bills.

World Homeless Day takes place on Monday 10th October, which shines a light on the issues of homelessness and inadequate housing. Homelessness is particularly an issue with non-UK nationals; migrants, asylum seekers and refugees.

25 women who have been taking part in our 6am group prayer mornings and some of our peer support groups met for a weekend retreat in Shipston on Stour.

The weekend was refreshing and full of enjoyment. The ladies played childhood games, cooked and ate together. There was a lot of laughing, making the retreat fun and therapeutic for us all.

The new Appendix Private Life retains the four grounds on which permission can be granted based on private life.

The two new family life appendices only affect people seeking ILR on the ten-year family route. Appendix FM still applies to those on the five-year route.

On 9 July 2022, the first people granted permission to stay under the ten-year private and family life routes will start to qualify for indefinite leave to remain.
